Data privacy statement

Last updated 15 August 2026. This page covers this website and the Syft beta.

This is a landing page. The only thing we ask for is an email address, and only so that we can give you access to the Syft beta.

Who we are

Future of Information is a nonprofit organisation. For anything on this page, write to foi.admin@proton.me.

What we do with your email

When you request access, your message reaches our inbox. We use it to send you access to the beta and to answer you. That is all.

We do not add you to a mailing list, a database or a CRM. We do not profile you, sell your details, or pass them to anyone for advertising. When correspondence is no longer needed, we delete it from the inbox.

Text you put into Syft

Syft analyses the text you give it and returns a reading of how that text is written. We do not keep the text, the analysis, or a record of what you looked at. Nothing you submit is stored by us or used to train models.

Even so, please do not paste personal data, confidential material, or anything that could put someone at risk into a beta tool.

This website

No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no cookies for marketing or profiling. Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that may keep short-lived technical logs for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify or follow anyone.

Your rights

You can ask us what correspondence we hold from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to foi.admin@proton.me and we will act on it.

Changes

This page reflects a landing page and a closed beta. When the full product is released it will have its own privacy statement, and we will publish it here.
